How does it work?

Catching a predator take a lot of work. There a few teams that are needed in doing so.

Decoys (Decoys work to get the evidence, this can take up to weeks even months of evidence to collect)

Research Team (Research on the predator background. Before the hunting team go to get the arrest made we do multiple checks on them, for e.g are they re-offenders? are they likely to be armed? mental state (whether they are likely to try assault our hunting team or not when confronted? they also organise the hunting team, e.g who is available in the area and how many are available to go)

Hunting Team (Go out and confront the predator with the evidence from the decoys and the information about the person from the research team and get them arrested)

Unlike most teams we do aim for 100% Conviction rate.
